Representative of Party Cell 4, Chau Van Liem High School Party Committee, presented the decision to admit Vo Ngoc Bao Tran to the Party.
Standing under the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, Vo Ngoc Bao Tran solemnly took the oath. In that sacred moment, Bao Tran was proud to become a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the age of 18, having just completed 12 years of general education, preparing to enter university. It was also the “sweet fruit” of her journey of striving and training, with the help of her parents, teachers, and friends.
In 2020, when she was only 13 years old, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Vo Ngoc Bao Tran and her 9-year-old brother broke their piggy banks and collected the profits from selling orange juice to bring to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City to donate money to support the fight against the pandemic. The two sisters' beautiful actions moved many people and they were awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City.

During her 3 years in high school, Vo Ngoc Bao Tran always strived to study, practice and participate in movements. As a result, for 3 consecutive years Bao Tran achieved good study results, good practice, and was awarded the title of Excellent Student in grade 10; Excellent Student in grades 11 and 12.
Vo Ngoc Bao Tran is a member of the School Youth Union Executive Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of class 12D2, member of the Communications Club, actively participating in youth union activities and movements, winning many awards such as propaganda and book introduction competitions; art competitions; science and technology innovation competitions...
In particular, Bao Tran is very enthusiastic about participating in charity activities such as visiting and giving gifts to lonely elderly people, disadvantaged children, people in difficult circumstances, and volunteer activities for the community...
Through volunteer trips, Bao Tran said she learned many lessons about love and sharing.
