On the afternoon of August 12, in Hanoi , singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh released the MV “Nguyễn Sã vi Bình Yên”, composed by musician Nguyen Van Chung, directed by Dang Xuan Truong. The work is a tribute to the People's Public Security force on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), and at the same time towards the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh said, “Nguyễn Sã vi Bình An” was made as a “zero-cost” MV in terms of production cost but “priceless” in terms of emotion and consensus. The product was made possible thanks to the support of many units in the Police force, helping the song not stop at the audio version but be recreated in the very context where the emotions were born: the training ground, classroom, martial arts training ground, shooting practice, command formation… where soldiers are training day and night for the peace of the people.
Sharing more about this special work, musician Nguyen Van Chung said that the inspiration for the song came in the blazing sunshine of April, during the days of intense training of the units participating in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. After performing and interacting at the training ground, the musician had the opportunity to closely observe the lessons, shooting and martial arts practice sessions, and the orderly footsteps. There, he saw the concentration, the persistent sweat, and the quiet pride on the faces of the young soldiers.

“I don’t write from a template, but from what I see and feel. There were moments at the training ground that made me realize that a song must be a vow of peace, not just a praise,” musician Nguyen Van Chung expressed.
Musically , “Swear for Peace” is a modern march, the melody is built in the spirit of declaration, focusing on the clarity of the lyrics and the solidity of the rhythm so that it can resonate in many spaces.
Singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh, who has just released the project “Continuing the story of peace ”, often visits units and training grounds to perform, listen and empathize. When the audio version is completed, the singer does not stop at a perfect recording, but chooses to bring the song back to the exact space that created the work.

Deciding to make a “zero-dong” MV, Duyen Quynh proactively connected, persuaded and received support from the People’s Security College I, the Department of Political Work (Ministry of Public Security), the Mobile Police Command and the A50 Training and Deployment Command. The units opened training grounds, sent instructors and trainees to provide professional guidance, and provided equipment and safety protection. Thanks to that, the MV was filmed for three days in July, in a real training environment.
In the MV, the audience follows the journey of a female People's Police cadet - a symbol of today's generation continuing the tradition.
Director Dang Xuan Truong shared about the creative spirit in the MV “Nguyễn Sworn for Peace”: “We did not recreate the heroism with the background, but let the determination appear from the eyes, steps and sweat”.
Journalist Nguyen Thien Thuat, Editor-in-Chief of Sports and Culture Newspaper - a partner of the project "Swear for Peace" said that the MV is like a bouquet of flowers made from love, responsibility and gratitude, released on this important anniversary.
"For Sports and Culture Newspaper, accompanying the creativity of young artists, accompanying the country's major events, is always an honor and also a responsibility. Art, when associated with history and people, will not only be music or images but will become a collective memory, so that every time it is mentioned, everyone feels proud," emphasized journalist Nguyen Thien Thuat.
