Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy said that the 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025 aims to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements since the 3rd Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build and defend the Fatherland".

According to Deputy Minister Thuy, through the Congress, lessons were drawn on organizing patriotic emulation movements and commendation work, launching patriotic emulation movements in the entire Industry in all fields, associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style"...
Therefore, in terms of content, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy requested to "touch" all areas managed by the Ministry, including newly merged areas; the art program must be concise, succinct and unique.
With documentaries and reports, how to comprehensively evaluate the emulation and reward work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period of 2020 - 2025; highlight typical, advanced examples of the Ministry in this period.
Regarding the propaganda and promotion work for the Congress, Deputy Minister Trinh Thi Thuy noted that the Culture Newspaper and the Information Technology Center should launch a wide-ranging propaganda campaign within the Ministry through articles on the achievements of the Ministry in the 2020-2025 period, typical advanced examples, activities towards the 4th Ministry Patriotic Emulation Congress, the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress, and Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
In addition, open a special page and column to promote and introduce typical, excellent examples, good people, and good deeds of the Department of Culture, Sports , Tourism and other departments managed by the Ministry.
Concluding the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism requested the units to immediately start implementing the work, coordinate with other units to complete the task, and take full responsibility before the Minister.
