Ministry of Foreign Affairs participates in the Professional Training Conference on Party building and political system organization at the commune level (new)

On the morning of June 14, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics chaired and coordinated the organization of a national training conference on professional expertise for cadres and civil servants related to the political system at the commune level (new).

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered a speech at the conference.

The conference was held online nationwide for two days, June 14-15, connecting from the central point at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to provincial, district and commune points across the country. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister and comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council.

The conference attracted the participation of many leaders of Central Party Committees, ministries, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front , Central socio-political organizations, along with leaders of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations at all levels.

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ngo Le Van attended the professional training conference on Party building and political system organization at the commune level (new) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs bridge, a large number of cadres, party members, and civil servants from units within the Ministry seriously and fully attended all working sessions of the Conference.

Within the framework of two days, delegates were updated and equipped with in-depth knowledge on the organization of the political system at the commune level according to new regulations; content, methods and skills in Party building work, mass mobilization work, work of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the grassroots level.

The training content is elaborately and comprehensively developed, covering many essential areas such as: Party building and organization work; state management; organization and operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; operation of two-level local government; decentralization, delegation of power, clearly defining functions, tasks, and authorities between government levels and central agencies.

The conference is a practical activity to concretize the conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat on continuing to innovate leadership methods, improving the quality and efficiency of the political system, especially at the grassroots level after the administrative unit rearrangement.
