After the competition, the team leaders and members had the opportunity to sit down and open up about their artistic journey. In a rare moment, Bich Phuong was moved to tears, sharing about the period when she "hated herself" and fell into a prolonged mental crisis.
"About 2 years ago, I hated myself so much. At that time, I was preparing to do a concert, a big dream for any artist. But the closer the date got, the more panicked I became because I felt my skills were not enough. I was so scared that I cried every night. When the concert was canceled, I felt… relieved.
But then I wondered why such a sad thing made me feel relieved. That feeling haunted me for months, I cried every night," the singer choked up.

Bich Phuong said that accepting to participate in Em xinh say hi was a way for her to face her fears and improve her personal skills. She burst into tears when sharing about her team member Hoang Duyen, who made her see herself more than 10 years ago.
"I really love Hoang Duyen, because I know she has a lot of skills inside, but she still hasn't overcome her own fear. I want to help her do that," Bich Phuong said.
In the latter part of episode 3, the show continued to surprise with the appearance of the "brothers" - the guest cast supporting the teams for the second competition night including: Tang Duy Tan, Quang Hung MasterD, Duong Domic, NEGAV, JSOL, Phap Kieu, Gemini Hung Huynh, WEAN.

To prepare for the second night, the teams entered the song auction round with two rounds. In the second show, 6 "beautiful girls" will be eliminated according to the following mechanism: The team with the highest total vote score after 2 rounds will be completely safe; the 6 "beautiful girls" with the lowest individual scores among the remaining 3 teams will have to leave the show.
