The Suu Stream Water Supply System Project is divided into 2 phases with a total investment of over 323 billion VND. Phase 1 has completed the main construction items, electrical connection and is preparing to install pump equipment for testing. Phase 2 will start construction in November 2023, with the implementation volume reaching over 133 billion VND. The accumulated disbursement up to July 20, 2025 is over 265 billion VND, reaching 93.4% of the assigned plan.

The investor must closely monitor and proactively remove difficulties and obstacles, if any, to help the contractor. The Department of Agriculture and Environment was assigned to chair a meeting with relevant units to develop an effective management and operation plan. The investor must take over the project's documents upon completion. The Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company must cooperate to develop a plan for connection, water supply, and transparent selling prices. Determined to complete the project for inauguration on the occasion of National Day, September 2.
