Accordingly, People's Hospital 115 (abbreviated as the hospital) said that through information screening, it was known that on social networking platforms, there are TikTok accounts named Hoa Hong and YouTube channel named Chinh Nhan News posting clips with the content: Ho Chi Minh City Hospital 115 Pickpockets People.

When accessing, the clip screen shows an image of the hospital director with the caption "TRAN VAN SONG - DIRECTOR OF HOSPITAL 115 HCMC - HOSPITAL 115 PICKPACKS PEOPLE", accompanied by the voice of a woman filming the parking lot at 816 Su Van Hanh, Ward 12, District 10 with the content: "People's Hospital 115, everyone. This parking lot, one day they charge two hundred thousand for parking. The parking lot is right at Oway Saigon Company, 816 Su Van Hanh, Ward 12, District 10. Everyone who comes here, be careful, everyone".

According to the above document, the parking lot that the account owners mentioned in the clip is located next to the hospital and has nothing to do with People's Hospital 115. Parking and collecting money has absolutely nothing to do with the hospital's operations.

In addition, the owner of this account also intentionally filmed the entire People's Hospital 115, both blocks, to frame the parking lot as belonging to the hospital. The subject also equated the concept of charging high parking fees with the concept of hospitals charging high medical examination and treatment fees to pick the pockets of patients.

The hospital said it had drawn up a record of the clip's content. The posting of distorted and untrue information caused public confusion, misunderstanding, and disgust for officials and employees, especially the majority of patients and customers who are visiting and receiving treatment at People's Hospital 115.

Faced with the complexity of information on social media platforms, Hospital 115 recommends that the Southern Representative Office of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, media agencies, newspapers, and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health request organizations and individuals related to social media accounts to remove posts, stop posting false content and negatively affect the hospital, avoid people from misunderstanding, panic, affecting the hospital's reputation, helping the hospital focus on doing a good job of medical examination and treatment to serve the people.

Posting distorted and untrue information, aiming to defame the reputation, causing public confusion, spreading a video about a parking lot located near the Hospital with distorted content, causing misunderstanding and offensiveness to officials and employees, especially the majority of patients and customers who are visiting and receiving treatment at People's Hospital 115
