Monitoring data shows that at 6:40 a.m. this morning (August 24), the water level of Cau River at Luong Phuc hydrological station (Soc Son district) was 7.02m, above alert level II (7.0m).

Meanwhile, the water level of Ca Lo River at Manh Tan hydrological station (Dong Anh district) recorded early this morning at about 6.01m, above alarm level I (6.0m).

Pursuant to regulations, on the morning of August 24, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Hanoi City Nguyen Xuan Dai signed two flood warning orders on Cau River (level II) and Ca Lo River (level I).

The Hanoi City Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue requests the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue of Soc Son and Dong Anh districts, units in the above areas, and assigned sectors and officers to strictly implement regulations when there is a flood warning.
