Bac Ninh: More than 500 gifts to poor children before the new school year

On the afternoon of August 23, 2025, the Women's Union of Hiep Hoa commune, Bac Ninh province, in coordination with the Youth Union, the Association for Promotion of Education, and with the support of businesses and sponsors, organized the program "Going to school with you", giving gifts to disadvantaged students and orphans in the commune.

More than 500 gifts and scholarships with a total value of more than 260 million VND were awarded to disadvantaged students of high schools, middle schools, primary schools and kindergartens in the commune.

Speaking at the program, the leader of the Women's Union of Hiep Hoa commune affirmed: "Caring for poor children, orphans, and children in difficult circumstances is always the responsibility and love of the whole community. The program "Going to school with you" is an annual activity, demonstrating the determination of the Union in coordinating and accompanying students to overcome difficulties, firmly step on the path of learning and training to become useful citizens for society".

The program is a practical activity to welcome the success of the first Congress of the Party Committee of Hiep Hoa commune for the 2025-2030 term, affirming the core role of the Women's Union in social security work, contributing to building a united, compassionate and sharing community.
