(PLVN) - On the afternoon of June 23, Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the personnel work process to complete the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the Conference, delegates voted to introduce candidates for the position of Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee.

With the high consensus of the delegates, Ms. Giang Thi Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Lao Cai City Party Committee was introduced to be elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term with 100% of the votes in agreement.

Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province emphasized that the consolidation of the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee is an urgent requirement, stemming from the practical demands of leadership, direction and organization of political tasks, demonstrating the Central Government's concern for local personnel work.

The selection and introduction of personnel ensures the inheritance, development and solid consolidation of the organizational apparatus, ready for the implementation of key tasks of Lao Cai province in the new period.
