90 new students in the Central Highlands with difficult circumstances but strong determination to excel in their studies were awarded "support to school" scholarships worth a total of 1.3 billion VND.
On the morning of October 27, in Da Lat City, Tuoi Tre Newspaper coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union of 5 provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Dak Nong , Gia Lai, Kon Tum to organize the Scholarship Award Ceremony "Tiep suc den truong" for 90 new students with difficult circumstances with the theme "Nurturing green shoots of the highlands".
Representatives of the organizing committee, leaders of Lam Dong province and sponsors awarded "support to school" scholarships to new students.
These scholarships are awarded by the organizing committee to new students who have difficult circumstances, but have the determination to excel in life and study. This is also a great motivation for students to make more efforts in the future.
The organizing committee representative said that the Central Highlands is the eighth awarding point in the 2024 Support to School scholarship program for new students under the 597th "For Tomorrow's Development" program of Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

Mr. Le Viet Thuan - General Director of Binh Dien Lam Dong Joint Stock Company awarded 2 special scholarships and computers to new students.
At the program, 90 new students from the Central Highlands provinces of Lam Dong, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai and Kon Tum received scholarships worth 1.3 billion VND. Accordingly, each scholarship is worth 15 million VND in cash. Of which, there are 2 special scholarships worth 50 million VND each for 4 years of study and 4 laptops for new students with special difficulties lacking learning equipment.
Many people in the hall were moved by the stories of the new students overcoming adversity.
These scholarships are sponsored by the Farmers' Companion Fund - Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam Company, Viet Nhat Fertilizer Company.
