Cat Cat Village Cat Cat Village is nestled at the foot of Hoang Lien Mountain, located in Muong Hoa Valley, San Sa Ho Commune, more than 2km from the center of Sa Pa town. This village has long developed tourism, attracting a large number of tourists every year to visit the scenery, experience the interesting lifestyle and culture of the H'mong people.

You can rent ethnic costumes, transforming into boys and girls from the mountainous region in colorful clothes. Right at the entrance to Cat Cat village, there are many shops that rent costumes, costing about 200,000 VND/set with full accessories. Wandering in Cat Cat village, visitors can freely buy souvenirs, take virtual photos at Si bridge across Cat Cat waterfall, water wheel, terraced fields, Hoa stream... Entrance ticket to the village is 90,000 VND/adult, 50,000 VND/child. Sin Chai village From Cat Cat village, go about 2 km more, visitors will reach Sin Chai village (or Xin Chai). Although located quite close to each other, tourism activities in Sin Chai are not as bustling as Cat Cat. This is an ideal place for visitors who do not want to go too far from Sa Pa town, but still want to learn about the simple life of the indigenous Black H'mong people.

The small, pretty wooden houses on the mountainside, with the typical architecture of the H'mong people, will make everyone admire. The path to the village is quite small, the road is only wide enough for a motorbike to pass through, but it cannot stop the footsteps of tourists who love to explore. Lao Chai Village Lao Chai Village is about 7 km from Sa Pa town, home to the Dao, Giay and H'mong people. The village is located in an ideal location, with its back leaning against the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, in front of the Muong Hoa stream which is cool all year round, surrounded by winding terraced fields.

The road to Lao Chai is paved, making it easy for visitors to travel. The mountainous terrain has many bends and winding slopes. If you travel here by motorbike, you will be able to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of the road and breathe in the fresh air with the scent of ripe rice. Ta Van Village From Lao Chai village, go another 3km to Ta Van village, home to the Giay people and some other ethnic minorities. Visitors often combine a trip to Lao Chai - Ta Van in one to two days.

In the middle of the open space, Ta Van stretches across Muong Hoa valley, carrying within it the peaceful, wild beauty of the mountainous region. The most ideal time to come here is the water pouring season from April to June and the rice ripening season from late August to September. Visitors can visit cafes, camping spots halfway up the hill or in the middle of terraced fields to fully enjoy the golden season of Sa Pa in Ta Van. Some reference addresses are Thuyen May, Sailing Coffee, Black & White... In Ta Van, homestay services are very developed, and it is also the village with the most homestays for rent in Sa Pa. Visitors can stay overnight to watch the sunrise when the sun rises, or watch the villagers harvest and burn straw at sunset... Giang Ta Chai Giang Ta Chai village belongs to Ta Phin commune, Sapa district, halfway up the mountain at an altitude of 1,400 m. Giang Ta Chai is divided into Giang Ta Chai H'mong and Giang Ta Chai Dao. From Sa Pa town, to get to Giang Ta Chai, you have to travel 11 km, passing through Lao Chai - Ta Van and the ancient stone field. There are some sections of the road that are a bit difficult to travel, with bumpy gravel and many hairpin bends.

The terrain is rugged, the village is surrounded by a 50-hectare endemic primeval forest and 30 hectares of regenerated forest. That is why this is a place chosen by many foreign tourists for trekking. Visitors will cross the winding roads down to Muong Hoa valley, or climb the towering hills to reach the bamboo forest, conquer Trai Tim mountain... Ho Village Ho Village is located at the end of Muong Hoa valley, the farthest from Sa Pa town compared to other villages, about 32km. From Giang Ta Chai, go about 23km more to Ho Village, home to the Tay ethnic group.

Driving through the majestic winding road to the central village of Den village located right on the main road, visitors will encounter the main road leading down to Ho village. The road down to the village is very steep, winding with many hairpin bends. The most interesting thing when coming to Ho village is the experience of bathing in the hot mineral springs along the valley, next to Muong Hoa stream. The hot mineral spring bathing area has been invested in by some households to build collective and individual bathing pools. The price of bathing in the hot mineral springs here is quite affordable, only from 20,000 VND/person. Ta Phin village Ta Phin village is located in a valley surrounded by mountains on all four sides, with a fairly large and flat area, about 12 km from Sa Pa town. This is home to the Red Dao and H'mong ethnic groups. The interesting thing about Ta Phin is that there are many natural caves that have not been exploited or explored. Ta Phin village is the homeland of the famous Red Dao medicinal bath leaves. Visiting the village, visitors have the opportunity to experience bathing in fresh medicinal herbs, buy brocade, pick strawberries... and enjoy highland specialties. On the way to the village, visitors can visit the ancient Ta Phin monastery, a ruin that many young people come to check-in and take photos.
