The project is under construction up to the 5th floor, and is expected to start accepting home purchase applications from mid-August 2025.
According to the plan, the project will be completed and handed over in the second quarter of 2027. The selling price of each 2-bedroom apartment is about 1.8 billion VND. Buyers only need to pay 25% of the apartment value in advance, the remaining amount will be supported by the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam ( Agribank ) with a grace period of principal and interest within 18 months.

Also on August 3, the investor signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Altara Hospitality Group on project management and operations. Accordingly, in addition to the project’s basic amenities, the operator will provide additional services such as 24/7 butler, home health care, periodic technical maintenance, etc.

Fresia Riverside project has a scale of more than 1,100 apartments, including 3 buildings: River 1, 2 and 3. Of which, River 2 building was "ordered" by the province to meet the housing needs of officials, civil servants and state employees who have to change their workplace after the merger.
