On June 12, 2025, the Prime Minister officially signed and issued 28 Decrees related to decentralization and delegation in state management in many fields such as justice, tax, land, construction,education , environment, health... Immediately after these documents were published, LuatVietnam.vn - the unit developing and operating legal AI on the National Law Portal - urgently deployed system training with the entire content of the new decrees.

The instant updating of new legal documents is part of the process of ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of the legal AI tool. According to a representative of LuatVietnam.vn, in less than 24 hours since the Decrees were issued, the entire content was processed and integrated into the system as structured legal data. From there, it allows users to immediately look up and ask questions about situations related to decentralization and delegation.

This Decree is considered an important milestone in implementing the policy of promoting decentralization between the Central and local levels, reducing the approval process at the ministerial level, and promoting the initiative of provincial authorities.

The contents of the decrees clearly stipulate the specific authority of each level in activities such as investment licensing, project approval, construction inspection, certificate issuance, planning adjustment, environmental treatment, etc.
