23 works won the Quang Tri Provincial Press Award in 2024

According to the organizers, this year's entries have rich content, comprehensively reflecting current issues, Party building, government, new rural areas, anti-corruption and negativity. The quality of the entries is quite even, demonstrating the meticulous and serious investment of the authors.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Long Hai presented flowers to congratulate the Quang Tri Provincial Journalists Association.

Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai believed that the team of journalists in the province today will continue the tradition of previous generations, worthy of being revolutionary soldiers with "bright eyes, pure hearts, sharp pens", pioneers on the ideological-cultural front of the Party, joining hands with the Party Committee, government and people to promote the glorious revolutionary tradition of the heroic homeland of Quang Tri, bringing the province to further development on the path of innovation and integration, entering a new era of the nation.

Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam awarded the C prize to the authors and groups of authors.

Recognizing the contributions of journalists in press activities, building and developing the Quang Tri Journalists Association, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee honored and awarded certificates of merit to 4 groups and 15 individuals.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 23 outstanding works, including 6 A prizes, 8 B prizes and 9 C prizes. Journalist Lam Quang Huy, Head of the Representative Office of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Quang Tri, won C prize with the work "Quang Tri organizes a festival for peace - multiplying the desire for peace and development".

The 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day is an occasion to express gratitude and honor the contributions of the press to the construction and development of Quang Tri province in particular and the country in general; at the same time, it is a driving force for the press to constantly innovate, improve the quality and effectiveness of propaganda in the new period.
