Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai acknowledged and commended the important achievements that the Party Committee and People of Tan Hai commune have achieved in the past term.

Support fishermen in modernizing boats, applying technology in preservation and processing. In particular, consider trade - tourism as a breakthrough direction. Effectively exploit cultural and historical values, especially the historical - cultural relic Dinh Thay Thim to develop spiritual tourism and festival tourism. At the same time, connect to develop types of eco-tourism, community tourism, and resort tourism. Create a favorable environment to attract strategic investors in this field.
To carry out the task of economic development breakthrough, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai suggested the Congress issues such as: reviewing bottlenecks and existing problems, thereby focusing on removing them or recommending superiors to remove them.

On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai presented the Tan Hai Commune Party Committee with a banner bearing the words: "Solidarity - Discipline - Innovation - Development".
According to Decision No. 2370-QD/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Tan Hai Commune Party Committee were appointed for the 2025-2030 term.
Specifically, the Executive Committee has 20 members; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee has 7 members. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee appointed comrade Mai Van Hieu to hold the position of Secretary of the Tan Hai Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Two comrades were appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tan Hai Commune Party Committee: Cao Manh Khoi and Luu Xuan Truong.
