At the meeting, comrade Phan Minh Quan, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune, briefly presented the implementation of political tasks since the establishment of the new Tan Thoi commune on the basis of merging the three communes of Tan Thanh, Tan Phu and Tan Thoi.
Accordingly, the organizational structure has been put into operation in a disciplined manner and initially brought positive results. The People's Committee of the commune has developed working regulations to ensure compliance with Official Dispatch No. 4168 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on "Guidance on some contents on the arrangement of organizational structure and administrative units"; issued decisions regulating the functions and tasks of specialized departments and affiliated units.

The Commune Public Administration Service Center organizes, arranges, and assigns civil servants in the area to receive documents and return results according to each field, which are numbered in order; publicly posts administrative procedures in each field and connects with the National Public Service Portal.
From July 1 to August 5, the Center received and processed 1,420 applications; 1,325 applications were resolved, 95 applications are being processed; the digitization rate of applications is over 79%.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune was issued by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to define its functions, tasks, and organizational structure and put into stable operation. The leaders of the Mass Mobilization system, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations focused on propagating and mobilizing people to agree in mobilizing resources to carry out local political tasks, especially participating in building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas.
Concluding the meeting, comrade Pham Van Chuan requested the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Tan Thoi Commune Party Committee to set out strategic breakthroughs from the local strengths and potentials; boldly apply scientific and technological advances in agricultural and fishery production, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Tan Thoi Commune in the coming time.
