On the morning of August 8, under the golden sunshine of Hanoi, 68 soldiers from the Army Officer School 1, who represented the Vietnam People's Army in the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Victory Day in the Patriotic War at Red Square (Moscow, Russia), had a rehearsal for the performance in the program Fatherland in the Heart at My Dinh Stadium.
According to Tuoi Tre Online, the soldiers participated in the practice of forming a V-shape and singing the Marching Song, along with a reenactment of the parade right at My Dinh Stadium.

Present in the ranks of the block, Sergeant Bui Quang Linh, the soldier who once "caused a stir" with his "multi-tasking " clips such as being a reporter, cameraman, MC, and even singing in Chinese, said that he and his teammates spent about a week practicing.
"The weather is hot but everyone in the group is conscious and responsible to practice to the best of their ability. During the practice, we have basically completed the technical movements, now we just need to match the stage lights and music to complete.
If the parade on Red Square is the responsibility and pride of the country, then appearing at My Dinh Stadium also has its own difficulties when surrounded by many cameras and lights. Every movement must be precise and in accordance with the command because tens of thousands of people will be watching," Linh shared.
Sergeant Nguyen Huu Quan said that the emotions of walking on the parade ground in Red Square (Russia) or on the stage of My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi) are the same, both carry the spirit of patriotism, high responsibility, showing the desire for peace and solidarity of the Vietnamese people.
"For me, this is not only an event to honor the spirit of patriotic soldiers, but also an opportunity for the people and the army to blend together and become closer, thereby increasing solidarity," Quan said.
Carrying the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, the soldiers will contribute to lighting up the spirit of patriotism and national solidarity in the art music night taking place on the evening of August 10 at My Dinh Stadium, with about 50,000 people joining in the rhythm of the Marching Song under the red flag with a yellow star.
