Of which, only 78 records were received directly because the system was not yet connected in the early days of operating the two-level local government. After the online public service system operated stably, the center received 100% of online records, processed and returned results on time and ahead of schedule to the people.

During the 100-day peak period of the "Digital Education for All" movement (from July 15 to October 25), the People's Committee of Ea Phe commune set the following targets: 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in agencies are trained and equipped with knowledge and skills on digital transformation, and are able to use digital platforms and digital services for work; 60% of adults have access to information on digital transformation; 40% of adults are confirmed to have achieved universal knowledge of digital transformation and digital skills on the VNeID platform; 60% of workers in enterprises, cooperatives and cooperative unions have basic knowledge of digital technology and digital skills, and are able to use smart devices to serve production and business, and improve labor productivity...
At the launching ceremony, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ea Phe commune pressed the button to start the "Digital Popular Education" movement.
The commune also launched a technology and professional rescue team to support the settlement of administrative procedures in Ea Phe commune, the model of "Digital Market - Digital Rural Area"; launched a 15-day campaign to install online public services for local people.
At the same time, a mobile team was launched to handle administrative procedures, bringing administrative services directly to the people, especially those living far from the center, the elderly, and those with difficulty traveling.
