At the meeting, the leaders of the Commune People's Committee reported on the results of implementing the National Target Programs in the area; difficulties in the implementation process. At the same time, they recommended to the province a number of contents, such as: Timely support in terms of capital, increasing decentralization for communes to proactively perform tasks; organizing training for grassroots cadres; supporting investment in equipment for preliminary processing and product processing for cooperatives and cooperative groups...
In terms of orientation, Ba Be commune aims to achieve new rural standards by 2030, reduce the multidimensional poverty rate to below 3% and have no poor households lacking basic social services; 100% of cooperatives and cooperative groups operate in accordance with regulations, receive support for capacity building and digital transformation; socio -economic infrastructure is invested synchronously, linked to sustainable agricultural development models and community tourism.
The working group of the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested Ba Be commune to clearly define the roadmap for implementing the criteria for building new rural areas; focus on developing the agricultural sector and community tourism . In addition, urgently complete the dossier and speed up the capital disbursement progress according to the plan.
