Mr. LQN's content denouncing dirty meat being smuggled into the market was spread on Facebook before.

Accordingly, the Investigation Police Agency of Soc Trang Province Police (old) has decided "not to prosecute the criminal case" against Mr. LQN's crime accusation.

The reason for not initiating a criminal case is that the act does not show signs of the crime of "Violating food safety regulations" as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 157 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

The notification of the results of handling the criminal information source has been sent to CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company, the denounced organization, and the People's Procuracy of My Xuyen district (formerly).

Previously, Soc Trang Provincial Police received a complaint from Mr. LQN regarding the content of CP Fresh Shop in My Xuyen (of CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company) using diseased pork and rotten-smelling chicken for sale. The complaint also included many pictures of pigs showing signs of disease.
