* On the afternoon of July 31, the People's Committee of Minh Thanh commune organized the National Day for National Security Protection in 2025. Attending the festival were leaders of the Provincial Police and a large number of cadres, party members, and local people. This is a practical activity towards the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

Minh Thanh commune was established on the basis of merging 3 administrative units: Minh Thanh, Binh Yen, and Luong Thien communes. Implementing the movement of All people protecting national security, self-managed mass organizations and models are regularly consolidated, improved, and maintained with 3 fire prevention and fighting inter-family groups, 27 grassroots mediation groups, 5 self-managed models of security and order, models operating in the direction of self-management, self-prevention, self-protection, self-reconciliation from the grassroots, with high socialization.
In the first 7 months of the year, self-governing mass organizations and models proactively coordinated with the Commune Police force and the commune's departments, agencies and branches to propagate more than 200 times, of which, 38 times were directly propagated through village meetings; coordinated to mobilize people to hand over 13 primitive weapons, homemade weapons of all kinds; coordinated to patrol more than 270 times; participated in reconciling minor conflicts within the People 16 times. At the same time, 5,371 people were mobilized to contribute comments to the draft Constitution and more than 7,000 people to integrate Health Insurance Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Vehicle Registration on the VneiD system; organized 100% of households to sign a commitment to ensure security and order, traffic safety and order, fire prevention and fighting, etc.

Through the festival, we aim to comprehensively evaluate the coordination in directing and implementing the work, draw lessons to promote the good aspects, overcome the shortcomings and shortcomings. At the same time, we propose solutions to innovate the content, form and methods of coordination between the People's Public Security Force and the Fatherland Front and its member organizations to promote the movement "All people protect national security", meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
