According to the assessment of the National Public Service Portal on the implementation of the People and Business Service Index of provinces and cities, calculated on 5 criteria. Tuyen Quang province achieved 79.1 points, ranking 5th nationwide. Specifically: The index of publicity and transparency reached 9.9 points; the progress of handling records reached 19.1 points; online public services reached 8.1 points; the satisfaction level reached 18 points and the index of digitizing records reached 13.6 points.
This result reflects the province's efforts in improving the quality of administrative procedures and providing online public services, meeting the requirements of the new government model.

Notably, after more than 1 month of implementing the new government model, the whole province has received over 31,800 records, with 98.2% of the records being resolved on time and before the deadline. On average, each day, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 2 locations supports about 200 - 250 people coming to resolve administrative procedures.
At the commune level, each commune has an average of 20-25 visits per day. This is an important premise for Tuyen Quang to strive to build a public, transparent, modern and professional administration.
