Quang Tri Youth Union joins forces to support the operation of two-level government

Today, July 7, Quang Tri youth simultaneously launched 79 youth volunteer teams with more than 1,500 volunteers in communes, wards, and special zones across the province to support the government and people after the administrative unit merger. This is a key activity in the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

Depending on the characteristics of each locality, the "Accompanying the locality" teams focus on the following tasks: supporting the government in editing records; instructing people on how to use VNeID, update identification information, declare records online on the public service portal, synchronize personal data according to the new address; cleaning the premises of administrative offices, arranging meeting rooms to prepare for voter meetings, arranging facilities...

Many creative models have been deployed such as: "Green shirts welcome people - Close to people, close to work" guiding administrative procedures at the one-stop department; "1 on 1" model supporting the elderly in making social pension applications; "Mobile youth support team" going to every alley, knocking on every door to help people in difficulty update their residence information, register for electronic identification accounts...

People are welcomed and supported enthusiastically.

The campaign is expected to last until the end of August 2025 with the goal of promoting the pioneering and creative role of young people in supporting local authorities in performing administrative tasks, digital transformation and serving the people, while also being an environment for training and dedication for union members and young people.

On the same day, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union visited and encouraged the teams in some localities. The Provincial Youth Union leaders acknowledged the proactive and pioneering spirit of the teams and requested them to continue to closely follow the instructions, be flexible and creative in implementing tasks at the grassroots level.

It is recommended that units continue to closely follow the instructions and be proactive and creative in their approach to meet the practical requirements of each locality. With high determination and promoting the spirit of vanguard, Quang Tri youth continue to spread the pioneering spirit in digital transformation, administrative reform and contribute to building a friendly government serving the people.
