The working group of the Safety and Security Subcommittee led by Colonel Ngo Cu Vinh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Subcommittee, conducted a field survey, thereby developing and issuing a plan to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and onshore rescue related to the race and events within the framework of the Week.

The logistics (travel, food, accommodation, etc.) for the racing teams and guests participating in the Amazing Binh Dinh Fest 2024 Week have also been carefully prepared by the organizing committee. Currently, the conditions for facilities, human resources, improving service quality; ensuring environmental hygiene, food hygiene and safety, security and safety for tourists have been prepared by the hotel owners.
