Previously, storm No. 5 caused prolonged heavy rain, on National Highway 47, the section passing through Yen Nhan commune, there were many serious landslides, causing traffic jams and isolating many villages, hundreds of houses in Yen Nhan and Bat Mot communes were buried and severely damaged. At some curved and downhill locations, flash floods and flash floods along with rising river water swept away 2/3 of the road surface, creating dangerous deep ravines, paralyzing traffic.
