Ha Hoa Tien University was suspended from training at all university levels for 12 months.

TPO - The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued a decision to suspend training activities at all levels of university education for Ha Hoa Tien University (Ha Nam).

The suspension period is 12 months from June 17, 2025.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training , the reason for the suspension is that Ha Hoa Tien University violated the provisions of Point b and Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 125/2024/ND-CP dated October 5, 2024 of the Government regulating conditions for investment and operation in the field of education.

During the suspension period, Ha Hoa Tien University is responsible for urgently completing the conditions to be allowed to operate training activities according to current laws, and periodically reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training every 3 months on the implementation results.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires Ha Hoa Tien University to take measures to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of students, teachers, administrators and staff of the school.

Ha Hoa Tien University is a private university established in 2007. The school is located in Ha Nam province, with a geographical location parallel to National Highway 1A, 48km from Hanoi to the North, 8km from Phu Ly City to the South and adjacent to Dong Van Industrial Park, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province to the East.
