Hanoi Capital University said that in recent days, it has received some information from parents and candidates about the school's regular university enrollment in 2025.

According to Hanoi Capital University, in accordance with the university admission regulations and university admission guidelines for 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training, on July 23, the school publicly announced (via Notice No. 1167/TB-DHTĐHN) the difference in scores between the C00 group and other admission groups for the method of using high school exam scores to consider admission to majors. Accordingly, groups other than the C00 group will be added 0.75 points on a 30-point scale. Hanoi Capital University affirmed that information about the difference in scores of the C00 group has been publicly disclosed by the school clearly and transparently, in accordance with regulations and on time.

According to this school, after receiving the results of 10 virtual filtering runs of the Ministry of Education and Training and 10 virtual filtering runs of the Northern Group of Schools, the school's Admissions Council met and decided on the admission scores for each major. At the same time, to help candidates easily look up information, especially for candidates using the C00 combination according to the high school exam score method for admission, the Admissions Council decided to announce the admission scores in 2 separate announcements, in accordance with the time instructions and regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

“Data on processing wishes and determining the admission results of candidates is done on the common system of the Ministry of Education and Training, is consistent, correct and cannot be changed. Based on this result, the school will announce the admission score according to regulations,” the school’s announcement stated.

Severely criticize the individuals in charge

According to the Capital University, the announcement of admission scores in two announcements was initially intended to be clear, transparent and facilitate candidates in looking up information. However, the technique of issuing documents was not seamless, causing misunderstandings among candidates and parents, thereby creating negative public opinion.

Therefore, Hanoi Capital University has severely criticized the individuals in charge and seriously learned from their experiences to better perform the work of enrollment, communication, and enrollment consulting.
