China encourages capable businesses to invest in Vietnam

On December 13, at the Government Office, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs . Reviewing the important developments and achievements of substantive cooperation between the two countries in recent times, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh outlined six key directions for cooperation, including: One is to strengthen strategic exchanges and close communication at high and all levels. Sixth, request the two sides to control disagreements well and properly handle maritime issues in the spirit of friendship, mutual respect, in accordance with international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
