On August 16, the Ministry of Education and Training will upload the database to the system and organize the admission exam. The Ministry of Education and Training notes that all candidates (including candidates admitted directly) must register for admission online, submitting all admission wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's General Admission Support System directly at: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or indirectly through the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates need to carefully study the admission information and admission regulations of training institutions, and not apply for majors or training programs that do not meet the requirements.

In case the training institution organizes separate forms of registration and admission, submitting documents and evidence directly or online at the training institution, candidates must follow the regulations of the training institution but still have to register on the system to be considered for admission together with all other candidates.

Candidates must accurately declare and be responsible for information, including information to enjoy regional priority and priority subjects (if any) at the time of registration for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (enclosed with proof of priority subjects if any); information about candidates' permanent residence at each stage will be checked and verified by competent authorities based on population data.

All admission requests of candidates to the school are processed on the system and each candidate is only admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.
