

From July 23 to August 15, Lao Cai Provincial Library organized an exhibition of publications and documents commemorating the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025) at facility 2, Tran Hung Dao Avenue, Cam Duong ward.
200 books, newspapers, magazines, and documents are displayed with the following topics: History and significance of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; Uncle Ho with war invalids and martyrs; legends of heroic Vietnamese mothers; legal books on policies for people with meritorious services and their families; examples of war invalids rising up in everyday life...

Through the publications on display, readers can gain a deeper understanding of the history of the struggle to build and defend the country, of the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed their lives in the wars of national liberation, and of the policy of gratitude and reciprocation towards war invalids, martyrs and families with meritorious services to the revolution.

In addition, this is also an opportunity to educate the nation's moral traditions of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "Repaying gratitude"; arousing love for the homeland and pride in the nation's heroic traditions among all classes of people, especially the young generation, thereby fostering the ideal of living worthy of previous generations, contributing to building and defending the Fatherland.
