According to travel website TripAdvisor, Cuba is the number one cultural destination in the world , a category that takes into account experiences at museums, historical sites and local traditions.

On the occasion of this event, on his social network account X, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla said that tourists visiting this Caribbean island nation will enjoy its diverse culture and have unique opportunities to admire the historical world heritage sites recognized by UNESCO here.
According to TripAdvisor, the Travelers' Choice Best of the Best awards celebrate the highest levels of travel excellence and are given to destinations that have received the most excellent reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period.
Specifically, TripAdvisor recommends travelers visit the capital city of Havana, which it describes as a mix of old-world architecture and modern culture. In addition, the travel platform also highlights the charm of the Spanish colonial town of Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; as well as suggesting a visit to Valle de los Ingenios, the former capital of Cuba's sugar industry.
Cuba topped TripAdvisor's list of 25 countries and cities, with Cusco (Peru), Agra (India), Fez (Morocco) and Athens (Greece) rounding out the top five.
