This is part of The Art Hill's new project to support young artists through short-term creative residency programs at The Art Hill's sea space, while also fully funding the costs of organizing exhibitions.

The special feature of the group of artists participating in the exhibition is that they are all female. The works express both private and intimate voices of gender and generation – from poetic, quiet emotions to strong reactions to flat culture, technology, and contemporary life. Women, as creative subjects and cultural symbols, appear vividly through family and social relationships and the movements of the times.

Artist Vo Huynh Chau Trinh brings to the work a fairly solid academic shaping skill, along with standard color and composition treatment, Chau Trinh's paintings bring viewers captivating visual emotions. She clearly cares about herself and contemporary relationships, set in the context of today's urban life.

Artist Nguyen Phuong Vy presents to the public works using pure colors, expressing a youthful, strong and confident personality through her art. She uses a liberal, natural brushwork, not constrained in both form and idea.

Artist Truc Vien loves strong shapes and zigzag geometric lines. She is looking for a way to depict women and their gentle private lives with plants and pets - in a space where they can confidently be themselves.
