Mr. Phan Ngan Thanh (born in 1926, Hoi Thanh village, Xuan Hoi commune, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh ) is a veteran revolutionary party member, always demonstrating exemplary qualities and responsibility in building and defending the Fatherland.

Party member Phan Ngan Thanh was admitted and became an official party member on June 6, 1951, currently living and working at the Hoi Thanh Party Cell.
During his participation in revolutionary activities and holding many positions, he always upheld his sense of responsibility, excellently completed assigned tasks, and was exemplary, responsible, and devoted to serving the Party and the Fatherland.
On behalf of the district leaders, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee Nguyen Van Hieu congratulated comrade Phan Ngan Thanh and expressed gratitude and respect for his contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party.
