| The Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board awarded the investment certificate to the representative of Miboo Vina Company Limited. |
Miboo Vina Co., Ltd. was granted the first investment certificate in November 2009 for the project of a factory manufacturing, processing, and installing complete components, pipes, and steel structures in Suoi Dau Industrial Park with a capacity of 850 tons of products/year. However, due to new requirements from customers on product specifications and types, the company has carried out adjustment procedures, requesting to increase the capacity to 5,000 tons/year; at the same time, it has built 2 additional workshops and 1 office building on an area of 1,500m², increasing the total area of the factory to nearly 30,000m². The Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board received the adjustment dossier from July 23 and completed the appraisal and re-issued the certificate after only 5 days (5 days faster than normal time).
According to the leaders of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Zone Management Board, speeding up the processing of documents is one of the specific actions to implement the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on improving the investment environment and accompanying businesses. The Board has proactively coordinated to check and standardize documents from the beginning; at the same time, reviewed and simplified the processing procedures, ensuring to shorten at least 50% of the time compared to regulations. In the coming time, the Board will continue to improve the quality of service, aiming to shorten 2/3 of the time to handle administrative procedures, contributing to effectively attracting investors to economic zones and industrial parks in the province.
