Attending the gift-giving program were comrades: Ma Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation working full-time in Tuyen Quang province; Tran Thi Dung, Vice President of the Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Vietnam.
At the program, the delegation presented 77 gifts worth 70 million VND, including 7 gifts for 7 families of people with disabilities and those in especially difficult circumstances, each family received 5 million VND from the sponsor Tan Hoi Association, Ha Hoi City; 70 gifts worth 500 thousand VND each for people with disabilities and orphans in the commune from the fund of the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Vietnam and the sponsor Ms. Huynh Ngoc Yen Linh and members.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Dung, Vice President of the Vietnam Association for the Support of Disabled People and Orphans, expressed her sincere thanks to the leaders of the National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province and the sponsors who have accompanied the Vietnam Association for the Support of Disabled People and Orphans in the province.
This is a meaningful and humane volunteer activity, helping the disabled, orphans, and people in difficult circumstances in Binh Ca commune increase their determination to rise up in life.
