* The delegation led by comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi, member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of Artillery Company 10; Radar Station 590 (under Regiment 251, Naval Region 2) and Radar Station 32 (under Regiment 294, Division 367, Air Defense - Air Force).
At Artillery Company 10, after listening to the report on the unit's mission performance, comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi highly appreciated the spirit of overcoming difficulties, the steadfast will and responsibility of the collective of officers and soldiers. The unit strictly maintained combat readiness, organized effective training, fully performed assigned tasks, and ensured absolute safety. Party and political work were carried out seriously, contributing to raising the spirit and will, creating solidarity and unity within the unit.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi emphasized that Con Dao special zone is a particularly important strategic area, therefore, the forces stationed here need to heighten their vigilance, maintain good combat readiness, and absolutely not be passive or surprised in any situation. At the same time, they need to continue to improve the quality of training and discipline, promote the results achieved in the past time, and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
At Radar Station 590 and Radar Station 32, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi expressed his excitement, confidence and pride in the capacity, qualifications, political courage and sense of responsibility of the Navy and Air Defense - Air Force. In the difficult terrain and harsh weather conditions, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of officers and soldiers in performing their duties, making an important contribution to firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the sacred sea and airspace of the Fatherland.
In the coming time, comrade Nguyen Thanh Nghi requested that units continue to promote the achieved results, improve combat readiness, strengthen training, and avoid being passive and surprised in any situation. At the same time, maintain good coordination with local forces, ensure technical safety, and take good care of the material and spiritual lives of officers and soldiers.
