Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center and Intrepid Vietnam Travel Company Limited officially signed a memorandum of understanding. The two sides agreed to coordinate in implementing destination promotion activities, developing tourism products in a sustainable, safe and attractive direction, while spreading the image of Ho Chi Minh City as a destination with identity and responsibility. This agreement marks an important step in concretizing the strategy for sustainable tourism development in Ho Chi Minh City, in line with global trends and international integration orientation.
Mr. Le Truong Hien Hoa - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism said: "In the context of global tourism shifting strongly towards sustainable and responsible values, the cooperation with Intrepid Vietnam is a practical step to enhance the competitiveness of Ho Chi Minh City's tourism industry. Through this cooperation, we expect to promote innovative initiatives, increase the experience and length of stay of tourists, promote regional tourism, and most importantly, spread the image of Ho Chi Minh City as friendly, unique and towards a green future".

Within the framework of cooperation, Intrepid Vietnam will support inviting leading experts from the global Intrepid ecosystem such as Exodus (UK), Wild Frontiers (UK), Sawadee (Netherlands), Intrepid DMC (Australia), Auswalk (Australia), Side Tour (Türkiye) to participate in the International Buyer Program within the framework of ITE HCMC 2025, contributing to expanding connection opportunities for Vietnamese tourism businesses with international tourism corporations.
According to Ms. Nguyen Cam Tu - Director of Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Promotion Center, cooperation with Intrepid helps Ho Chi Minh City tourism effectively access valuable international markets, through the group's experienced global partner network. This is also a concrete step to improve the quality of promotion activities, focusing on key markets in line with the sustainable, responsible and integrated development orientation of Ho Chi Minh City in the new period.
ITE HCMC International Travel Fair has an International Buyers program, which plays an important role in promoting the flow of international visitors to Vietnam.
In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City tourism industry and Intrepid Travel will promote the development of tourism products in the Southeast region to increase the length of stay and experience of tourists in Ho Chi Minh City. Some potential products include: Lo Go - Xa Mat bicycle tour, Tay Ninh trekking & bicycle tour, Nam Cat Tien forest discovery tour, etc.
