The Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park (SHTP) has just issued a decision approving the adjustment of the investment policy and approving the investor of the Nipro Vietnam factory project in the High-Tech Park.
According to the Adjustment Decision, the capital contribution progress of the Nipro Vietnam Factory Project is carried out in stages.
In which, the adjusted capital contribution progress until 2023 is 200 million USD; 2024-2025 (20 million USD); 2026-2027 (50 million USD); 2028-2029 (90 million USD); 2030-2031 (110 million USD); 2032 (100 million USD).
Total capital contribution progress up to 2032 is 570 million USD.

The second adjustment is to adjust the project implementation schedule for the goal of producing blood filters.
Adjustment progress until December 2024 to complete the procedure for adjusting the blood filter project (license adjustment). At the same time, complete the application for a license with the environmental management agency and the construction management agency to renovate and upgrade the existing factory and install machinery for the new blood filter product.
Progress from January 2025 to November 2026, renovating and upgrading the existing factory and installing machinery for the new blood filter product and testing operation.
By 2026, officially produce blood filters according to V1, V2 lines. By 2030, produce blood filters according to V3, V4 lines. By 2032, produce blood filters according to V5; V6 lines.
Previously, in March 2021, Nipro Corporation (Japan) applied for a license to expand its factory in Ho Chi Minh City High-Tech Park to put into production of blood filters in 2023.
However, due to problems with adjusting the 1/2000 planning and waiting for instructions on environmental impact assessment from the authorities, the Nipro Group Project at the High-Tech Park has only now been resolved.
