NDO - On the afternoon of October 31, at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Professor, Dr. To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, had a discussion on the new era, the era of national development with students of the Training Class, updating knowledge and skills for cadres planning to become members of the 14th Party Central Executive Committee (class 3). Attending the discussion were comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, and Permanent Deputy Head of the Steering Committee of the class.
