Opening the program, Lieutenant Colonel Mac Trung Tin - Head of Propaganda Department, Political Department, Military School of Military Region 9, promoted the Congress of Party Delegates of Military School of Military Region 9 through the periods. Since its establishment, the school has gone through 13 congresses. Each congress is always associated with different political tasks but all are important milestones in the development of the Party Committee and the school. Practical activities have affirmed the correct leadership of the Party Committee of the school, which is the leading factor deciding the successful completion of assigned tasks.
