As of noon on July 26, 2025, more than 50,000 organizations and individuals had donated cash totaling more than 38.5 billion VND to help people overcome the consequences of the flood and soon stabilize their lives.

Faced with the impact of storm No. 3 on localities, especially the Western Nghe An region, along with the participation of the entire political system, in recent days, with the spirit of solidarity, empathy, sharing, "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", many organizations and individuals have had many activities towards localities to work with local Party committees and authorities to support the evacuation of people from dangerous areas as well as take care of people with food and clothing in difficult times.

In addition to organizing groups to directly support people with necessities, many residential groups, household groups, and socio-political organizations have cooked meals, wrapped banh chung, and made dried foods to send to people affected by floods.

Many agencies, organizations, and businesses in the province and localities nationwide have launched a campaign to support Nghe An people who suffered losses. Many organizations and individuals have directly come to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to contribute money and contributed money through the bank account of the Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee.
