On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Tay Nam had a conversation with reporters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper, sharing about Hanoi's special attention to this work.
Hanoi City is managing and implementing policies for nearly 800,000 war invalids, martyrs' families and people with revolutionary contributions , of which more than 76,000 people receive monthly preferential allowances.
The Department of Home Affairs continues to speed up the allocation of the central budget estimate to implement the Ordinance on Preferential Treatment for People with Revolutionary Contributions to wards and communes after implementing the 2-level local government model.
All aim to spread gratitude, promote the movement of gratitude, mobilize resources in society, contribute to the good implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on preferential treatment for people with meritorious services.

Digital transformation in the current period is both a requirement and an urgent task for the Hanoi City Police, especially in the context of the Capital Police force completing the model of organizing the 2-level local police apparatus.

The draft Law on E-commerce, developed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade , is being widely consulted and is expected to establish a synchronous and transparent legal framework for this billion-dollar "playground" to develop sustainably.
The size of the e-commerce market currently accounts for two-thirds of the country's digital economic value and helps Vietnam enter the top 10 countries with the fastest e-commerce growth rate in the world, creating momentum for economic development and leading digital transformation in businesses.
Deputy Director of the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development (Ministry of Industry and Trade) Nguyen Thanh Binh said that fighting counterfeit goods on e-commerce continues to be a priority task, but also full of challenges for authorities in the coming time.
Mr. Nguyen Binh Minh, Executive Committee Member of the Vietnam E-commerce Association, emphasized: "In particular, the law needs to clearly identify and authenticate products, services and transactions to increase legality and protect the rights of all parties in the context of global economic integration."
