On July 18, the Dak Lak Red Cross Association coordinated with Song Cau and Xuan Dai wards and Xuan Tho, Xuan Canh and Xuan Loc communes to organize voluntary blood donation in Song Cau ward. This was the first voluntary blood donation after Phu Yen and Dak Lak provinces merged.
Accordingly, hundreds of cadres, civil servants, union members, youth, students, and local people participated in donating blood.
As a result, Phu Yen General Hospital received 1,146 units of blood. The blood received this time will be used for emergency storage and treatment of patients during the summer.

In the coming time, the Dak Lak Red Cross Society launched a voluntary blood donation movement with the message "Donate blood to save lives - Please donate regularly"; "Donate blood - Give life", thereby raising awareness, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, civil servants, public employees... to participate in regular blood donation, in order to meet the needs of emergency and medical treatment.
