Tien Thanh rises from the marine economy

From the influence of the NovaWorld project, Tien Thanh ward has gradually transformed into a modern coastal tourist city. On that basis, the 1st Congress of Tien Thanh ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 clearly defined development targets. Spread the attraction of NovaWorld

In the strategy for trade - service - tourism development, Tien Thanh ward identifies NovaWorld Resort as a key project, playing a driving role in promoting socio -economic growth. Resolution 06-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee (term XIV) on tourism development to 2025, with a vision to 2030, emphasizes the orientation of building NovaWorld into the center of the Tien Thanh tourism brand. This place contributes to attracting investment and increasing value for the service, trade and aquaculture sectors. The project is invested in synchronous infrastructure and utilities including internal traffic systems, electricity, water and modern telecommunications. Open landscape space, ecological parks and environmentally friendly architecture create highlights for the coastal tourist city. NovaWorld integrates many functional areas such as: luxury resorts, water parks, marine sports centers, walking streets, commercial and culinary areas... All create a large-scale, modern tourist complex, contributing to raising the position of Tien Thanh on the tourism map.

As soon as some subdivisions came into operation, the number of tourists to Tien Thanh increased rapidly. The demand for accommodation, food , transportation, entertainment, and shopping services also increased, creating conditions to attract service investors and form a rich tourism ecosystem. Thereby, not only promoting local economic development, creating stable jobs for people but also helping to shift the labor structure towards sustainability. In particular, the strong development of tourism also expands the market for local products, increases the value of goods, improves livelihoods and increases income for coastal people.

From the spillover effects of NovaWorld, Tien Thanh ward's infrastructure has also been invested synchronously. Coastal roads and traffic axes connecting to the tourist area have been expanded; electricity, water and telecommunications systems have been deployed in parallel. Completed infrastructure changes the appearance of coastal urban areas, while creating a foundation to attract more service - tourism projects in the future. With a large scale and clear development orientation, NovaWorld is not only a high-end resort destination but also a "core" of strategic growth. The project contributes to making Tien Thanh a modern tourism - service center, contributing positively to the economic development of the province. In this ward, the average GRDP growth rate in the period of 2021 - 2025 reached 6.58%/year; of which, services increased by 9.07%; in 2025, the average income per capita is estimated at 64 million VND, an increase of 1.27 times compared to 2021.

Tien Thanh green - clean - beautiful - safe

Developing Tien Thanh into a modern tourism and service center, the 1st Congress of Tien Thanh Ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, approved 14 main targets. In particular, the average annual growth rate of total state budget revenue reaches 11%/year; the average annual growth rate of total product value reaches 8.72%; average income per capita by 2030 increases 1.2 times compared to 2025; the multidimensional poverty rate maintains a reduction of at least 1 - 1.5%...

To realize these targets, at the recent congress, Comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and commended the outstanding results achieved by the Party Committee, government and people of Tien Thanh ward in the past term. He also requested to seriously consider the shortcomings and limitations mentioned in the political report, thereby finding effective solutions to overcome them in the coming term.

Emphasizing the development orientation in the period of 2025 - 2030, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Ward Party Committee to base on the potential, advantages and practical situation to determine appropriate goals. In particular, focus on effectively exploiting the strengths of the coastal economy to create a breakthrough, contributing to the overall development of the province. The focus is on leading socio-economic development, completing infrastructure, and comprehensively improving the quality of people's lives.

With a long coastline, beautiful landscapes and relatively good traffic infrastructure, Tien Thanh ward needs to closely coordinate with the province's functional agencies to create favorable conditions and strongly attract investment projects in the trade - service sector, especially tourism. Strive by the end of the term, trade - service will account for a high proportion in the economic structure, gradually building Tien Thanh into a modern and dynamic coastal city. Well implement the planning, management and effective use of land funds; actively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to speed up the implementation of key and important projects and works of the province; especially the coastal road of the province through the ward. Along with that, accompany, support and create conditions for the private economic sector to develop more strongly. Fully and promptly implement social security and welfare work, regimes and policies, sustainable poverty reduction; continue to comprehensively develop health, culture and education.

In addition, strengthen the management of land, resources and construction order. Improve the effectiveness of environmental and landscape protection, thoroughly handle environmental pollution; build the image of Tien Thanh beach as green - clean - beautiful - safe.
