In a spirit of determination and urgency, the Deputy Prime Minister assigned relevant ministries and branches to strengthen work with businesses and reach preliminary agreement on the contents of commitments, including technology transfer, establishment of research and development (R&D) centers in Vietnam, human resource training, support mechanisms, etc.
For issues that have been decentralized and delegated to localities, provinces must quickly implement and remove investment "bottlenecks", creating conditions for businesses to effectively implement projects, bringing sustainable benefits.
"It is necessary to achieve clear commitments based on investors' proposals, Vietnamese laws and harmonizing interests among parties," the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
