Promoting Vietnam - Belarus cultural cooperation

VHO - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 2265/QD - BVHTTDL on promulgating the Implementation Plan of the "Cultural Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture of Belarus" for the period 2026-2028.

The issuance of the Implementation Plan is carried out according to the Cultural Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture of Belarus signed on May 12, 2025 in Minsk (Belarus).

Vietnam - Belarus strengthen cultural cooperation in the coming period

Effectively implement the Vietnam - Belarus Cultural Cooperation Program to promote the introduction and promotion of Vietnamese culture and image of the country and people in Belarus; further strengthen cultural exchange cooperation between Vietnam and Belarus, contributing to the development of the Vietnam - Belarus strategic partnership.

At the same time, contribute to implementing Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on International Integration in the New Situation; Joint Statement of Vietnam - Belarus on upgrading relations to strategic partnership; continue to strengthen the implementation of Directive No. 25/CT-TTg dated September 10, 2021 of the Prime Minister on continuing to promote the implementation of Vietnam's Foreign Cultural Strategy.

The tasks of implementing the Vietnam - Belarus Cultural Cooperation Program include promoting the dissemination of the contents of the Vietnam - Belarus Cultural Cooperation Program; Vietnam and Belarus supporting and assisting each other in international organizations in the fields of culture and arts; promoting communication work in cultural and artistic exchange activities between the two countries...

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that the implementation of the Vietnam - Belarus Cultural Cooperation Program must be practical, consistent with the actual conditions of the two countries, the legal regulations of the two countries and international treaties to which Vietnam and Belarus are members.

Proactively organize cultural and artistic exchange activities between Vietnam and Belarus; increase the application of information technology in implementation; clearly define corresponding tasks for the host units and coordinating units to achieve the required results.

Strengthen information and propaganda work when organizing cultural exchange and cooperation activities between Vietnam and Belarus.
