Previously, as Dan Tri reported, a clip appeared on social media recording a man riding a motorbike to a resident's house and slapping a student in the face multiple times.

Through investigation, the incident was determined to have taken place in Tay Do commune, Thanh Hoa province. The man in the clip is a teacher working at Vinh Loc High School, related to the male student who was slapped.

The incident happened because the male student had previously spoken inappropriately to the teacher.

After the incident, teacher T. wrote a report and self-criticism. He and his family took the student to Hanoi for examination, then to Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital for further treatment.
