Auction winner: Dong A Real Estate Group Company Limited is the auction winner of the Quang Thanh Ward Residential Area Project, Thanh Hoa City under Decision No. 11198/QD-UBND, dated November 2, 2022 (adjusted from Decision No. 3446/QD-UBND, dated May 2, 2018) according to Decision 3336/QD-UBND dated August 8, 2024 of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on Recognition of the auction results of land use rights for the residential area project in Quang Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa City.
Currently, Dong A Real Estate Group Company Limited has completed its obligations according to the payment notice No. 10760/TB-CCT dated August 14, 2024 of the Thanh Hoa City - Dong Son Regional Tax Department on land use fees with a total amount of 255 billion VND.
Vietcombank Thanh Hoa is the only unit providing credit to Dong A Real Estate Group Company Limited to implement the Quang Thanh Ward Residential Area project, Thanh Hoa city under MBQH No. 11198/QD-UBND, dated November 2, 2022 (adjusted from MBQH 3446/QDUBND, dated May 2, 2018).
Vietcombank Thanh Hoa is holding all Certificates of Land Use Rights, House Ownership Rights and Other Assets attached to land of the Project.
