VHO - On August 8 in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union organized a program to sign a cooperation agreement with TikTok Vietnam and launch the communication campaign "I love my Fatherland".

The event aims to promote propaganda work on cyberspace to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam - Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Lam Thanh - Representative of TikTok Vietnam and many youth union members.

According to the Cooperation Agreement, TikTok Vietnam accompanies the Vietnam Youth Union in supporting and equipping life skills for young people including: self-management skills, communication and behavioral skills, problem-solving skills, financial management, technology and learning skills, health and mental care; skills to handle and prevent bad and toxic information, etc.

TikTok accompanies the Vietnam Youth Union in supporting the organization and dissemination of activities of the movement "I love my Fatherland" and the project "Youth participate in preserving and promoting cultural traditions of ethnic groups" to arouse and spread pride and love for the country and homeland; preserve the nation's fine cultural traditions, family values; build a cultural industry in areas such as performance, cinema, tourism , performance...

In addition, TikTok Vietnam accompanies the Vietnam Youth Union in promoting the digital economy , supporting young people to start businesses and establish businesses in OCOP programs; Proud of Vietnamese products, technology application skills, digitalization for young businesses applying e-commerce...; improving skills and finding job opportunities for young people through the TikTok social networking platform.

In addition, TikTok Vietnam accompanies the Vietnam Youth Union in promoting the digital economy, accompanying young people in starting businesses and establishing careers in OCOP programs, being proud of Vietnamese products; applying technology and digitalization skills for young businesses applying e-commerce...; career orientation, improving skills and finding job opportunities for young people through the TikTok social networking platform.

"We believe that patriotism is not just a feeling, but a concrete action – from simple everyday moments to great contributions to the community.

With the hashtag #ToiyeuToquocToi, we hope that each young person will "flex" their love for the Fatherland in their own way: through a creative video , an inspiring story, or an act of kindness.

"Every stream of emotion, every moment of sharing will paint a proud, integrated and shining Vietnam in the digital space," said Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union Nguyen Tuong Lam.

Mr. Lam also called on KOLs, KOCs, TikTokers - people with positive influence on social networks to join hands to fan the flame of patriotism among young people; let your creativity become the driving force, let the sense of responsibility become a trend, let each content you create contribute to beautifying the image of Vietnamese youth...

In addition, the Vietnam Youth Union organized the "I love my Fatherland" communication campaign from August 4 to September 2 with the theme #TuHaoVietNam Challenge.

The campaign is for Vietnamese citizens living, studying and working in and outside the country in 2 forms: Creating a video clip "I love my Fatherland" and a check-in photo "I love my Fatherland".

In the form of video clips, participants will create short video clips (from 30 seconds to 3 minutes) and post them on their personal TikTok accounts in public mode, with the full set of hashtags #ToiyeuToquocToi #TuhaoVietNam #ProudVietnam #TYTQT of the Campaign.

The video content will be based on the theme of each stage: Stage 1: “The color of the flag I love” (from August 4 to 10): creative check-in with the national flag. Stage 2: “Flex Vietnamese quality” (from August 11 to 17): share, “Flex” achievements, stories, meaningful work that you have contributed to the community and society, demonstrating the spirit of volunteerism and patriotism.

Stage 3: “Vietnam in my eyes is…” (from August 18 to 24): introducing the beauty of the homeland and country through films about scenic spots, historical and cultural relics, red addresses, unique cultural features, unique cuisine or innovative works and achievements of the country.

Stage 4: “Pride of Vietnam” (from August 25 to September 2): Freely express love and pride for the Fatherland in the deepest way to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

At the end of each stage, the Organizing Committee selects and awards 10 video clips and 10 check-in photos that have the most influence on social networking platforms.
